Electric strike. Object of the invention.
The object of the invention is an electric strike comprising a rocker latch, latch locking levers in a closed position and an electric actuator which, when powered electrically, acts on the levers by arranging them in an unlocked position of the swinging latch.
This strike that has characteristics aimed at preventing the unlocking of the aforementioned levers due to vibrations, and without the electric actuator being operated. State of the art
The electric strikes, applicable doors, with a "lock without power" operating mode remain locked when they are not powered electrically.
These electric strikes have a tilting latch behind which a long lever and a short lever are arranged, which tend to be kept in a locked position of the swing latch by the action of springs acting on them. These levers change to the unlocked position only by the action of the solenoid (or manual unlocking mechanism).
However, in some environments, the strike may be subject to a series of vibrations that cause unintentional unlocking of the levers.

Description of the invention
The objective of this invention is to provide the electric strike with an anti-vibration mechanism that prevents unwanted unlocking of the latch locking levers due to vibrations that the strike may suffer.
5 The anti-vibration mechanism comprises: a block fixed to the body of the strike; -a tilting cam mounted on said block, by means of an axis, with the possibility of turning between: a locked position and an unlocked position of the strike; said tilting cam comprising a locking stop of the
10 turning movement of the short lever and an appendix for its drive towards a short lever unlock position; a push spring of the tilting cam towards a locked position in which the stop of the cam is kept facing the short lever, preventing its rotation towards the unlocked position of the strike and;
15 a solenoid, fixed to the block, which, when electrically powered, acts with a movable piston on the appendix of the tilting cam and causes the said tilting cam to rotate towards an unlocked position in which the stop of said tilting cam releases the Short lever, allowing its turn towards the unlocked position of the strike.
In one embodiment, the spring that tends to keep the tilting cam in a locked position of the short lever is located perpendicularly between the lower face of the cam and the body of the strike.
25 In the appendix of the cam it has a ramp end and, in the locked lever short position, said appendix remains between the movable core of the solenoid and said short lever, so that when the solenoid is fed, its moving piston advances by pushing the cam and rotating it towards the unlocked position of the short lever; so that the mechanism
30 anti-vibration no longer blocks the short lever; and that the plunger of the solenoid, once the appendix of the tilting cam is exceeded, acts on the short lever unlocking the strike.

Description of the figures.
To complement the description that is being made and in order to facilitate the understanding of the characteristics of the invention, a set of drawings is attached to the present specification in which, for illustrative and non-limiting purposes, the following has been represented:
- Figure 1 shows a perspective view of a portion of an electric strike, according to the invention and partially sectioned to allow observation of the anti-vibration mechanism included therein; the mechanism can be observed in this case in a locked position of the short lever of the strike.
- Figure 2 corresponds to a rear elevation view of the electric strike of Figure 1.
- Figure 3 shows a view similar to the previous one with the anti-vibration mechanism in an unlocked position of the short lever.
- Figure 4 shows a perspective detail of the operation of the tilting cam by the mobile piston of the solenoid. Preferred embodiment of the invention.
Figure 1 shows an electric strike comprising a body (1), as a box, in which a rocker latch (2) is mounted and behind which a long lever (3) and a lever are positioned short (4) for blocking the swinging of the rocker latch (2) towards the opening position of the strike. These levers (3, 4) are routinely mounted on two axes of rotation (not shown), acting on the same two springs that tend to keep them in the locking position of the rocker latch (2).
Below the aforementioned long (3) and short (4) levers, an anti-vibration mechanism comprising a block (5) fixed to the body (1) is mounted.

In said block (5) a solenoid (6) is mounted and, by means of an axis
(71) turning, a tilting cam (7).
Said tilting cam (7) is provided with a stop (72) for blocking the turning movement of the short lever (4) and an appendix (73) with a ramp end, for actuation by the solenoid (6).
The tilting cam (7) is mounted on the block (5) with the possibility of turning between: - a locking position represented in figures 1 and 2, in which the stop (72) of the cam is kept facing the short lever (4) by the action of a spring (8), preventing the rotation of said short lever (4) towards an unlocked position of the strike; -and an unlocking position, represented in figure 3, in which the stop (72) releases the short lever (4) allowing its rotation towards the unlocking position of the locksmith.
Under the tilting cam (7) there is a spring (8) that acts against it and tends to keep it in the locked position of the short lever (4), represented in figures 1 and 2.
In the locked position shown in Figures 1 and 2, even if there is a small clearance, the stop (72) of the cam (7) is higher than the lower end of the short lever (4) so that it could not perform the necessary rotation movement to unlock the strike.
As shown in Figure 3, once the solenoid (6) is fed, the mobile piston (61) acts against the appendix (73) of the cam (7) causing its rotation with respect to the axis of rotation (71) and the descent of the end of the cam (7), so that the stop (72) no longer gets in the way of the short lever (4).
When the solenoid supply (6) is removed, its mobile core (61) returns to its resting position and the spring (8) pushes the cam (7) towards the initial locking position of the short lever (4).

In Figure 4 the interaction of the pointed end of the movable piston (61) of the solenoid against the ramp end of the appendix (73) can be observed in greater detail. The advance of the core (61) of the solenoid (6) causes the cam (7) to rotate towards the lower zone, rotating on its axis (71). In this way, when the cam (7) has
5 turned, the tip of the appendix (73) is the only contact surface between the cam (7) and the mobile core (61) of the solenoid; therefore, the cam (7), which is held in the unlocked position, does not obstruct the movement of the moving piston (61) to push the short lever (4) towards the unlocked position of the strike.
10 Once the nature of the invention has been sufficiently described, as well as a preferred embodiment, it is stated for the appropriate purposes that the materials, shape, size and arrangement of the described elements may be modified, provided that this does not imply alteration of the essential features of the invention that are claimed below.
